The bike came well packaged and with some use of the tools provided was able to assemble and ride within 48 hrs. The customer service was superlative in every way. We recently purchased 2 48V Lagunas and a 48V Catalina and we absolutely love them! My 16 year old son and his friend put over 130 miles on them in the first week! The boys love how fast the bikes go. They only stopped riding to charge the batteries. (I dont think they use the pedals at all lol) The Catalina has been perfect for me. I am only 5'1" and I have trouble finding a bike that is short enough for me and the Catalina is. I would definitely recommend X-treme Scooters to anyone looking to purchase an e-bike. The scooter I purchased from them for my son is great. My son unfortunately does not know how to take care of his belongings and ran it through muddy water. I had no idea what was wrong with it but their tech guy helped me out and we got it solved. I will be buying one of their electric mountain bikes next.

I have seen my friend has a x-treme bike and I looked their website to decide to buy one, their customer service is very professional and kind, and ship very quick. When it arrived, the bike looks more beautiful than the website picture. I have rode the bike for months, no problem at all. But if I have questions, they will answer me in time. If I have friend like to buy a electric bike, I definitely will introduce their bikes.

I purchased an X-Treme scooter™ from Big Ed in Chicago A while ago to take with me on my private airplane for business trips. I only have to charge it about once every few weeks and it just runs GREAT!.. Everyone at the airports I visit asks me how to get one. I also take it with me in my motor home on vacation for those quick runs to the store.

The gas scooter I purchased from you guys has been outstanding. I have had it now for almost 1 year and I use it everyday to commute to work 2 miles from my home. Everyone at the office always comments on how great of a idea I had. I also bought one for my 2 son's and one for my wife. The scooter folds up easily for transportation in my car so I can take it with me everywhere I go.
